Apr. 27--State Attorney General Tom Corbett filed a lawsuit Wednesday against a Berks County kennel owner accused of selling sick dogs to customers and deceiving them about their rights under the state's Puppy Lemon Law that would have at least helped them recoup their losses. According to court documents, Traci L. Murai, of 313 W. Morlatton Road, Douglassville, owns Bullie Pups R Us and sold imported English bull terriers to several customers throughout the nation and passed them off as healthy dogs.
